Chief Security (Assignment: East Kalimantan)
Requirements:
- Preferably having Law degree, and having experience with security/intelligence agency with most of time to dealt with community
- Max age is 45 years
- 3. Min. 5 years experiences as Chief Security, and also experiences to manage large scale Security organization
- Good understanding with General Law, and ability to share law knowledge to employee
- Having knowledge with CCTVsystem, and responsive to the safety and Fire procedures,and ensure the safetyof the properties, staffs and guests
- Ever worked as unity of ABRI / POLRI, and also has the ability to martial arts (is preferred)
- Decisive, authoritative, having the ability to lead and skill to solve the problem as well as acting as powerful team player
- Having Managerial background, innovative, methodical person and able to manage security group by introducing management indicators/parameters
- Proactive, and familiar working with targets and minimum supervision
- Assignment and placement in Tanjung Batu, Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur.
QA/QC
ENGINEER (Assignment: Kalimantan)
Requirements:
- Min bachelor degree in any majors, preferably in engineering
- Min 5 (five) years experience of related experience
- Good knowledge on Quality Management Tools (e.g. TQM, QCC, SPC, Balance Scorecard, etc.) and disseminate through Project Quality Management System.
- Broad understanding of all Engineering & Construction disciplines (Civil, Electrical, Piping, Structural, Mechanical, etc.)
- Good communication in both English and Bahasa (verbal and written)
- Work Flexible hours to accommodate job requirements
- Required to work overtime on a regular basis
ENVIROMENTAL SR.
SUPERVISOR (Assignment: East Kalimantan)
- To manage the environmental function to achieve the HSE objectives in accordance with Petrosea’s and client’s procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor Degree from Environmental Engineer or others or relevant major from reputable university.
- Minimum 6 years experiences in Environmental Management.
- Willingness to work extended hours in the case of an emergency and willing to work outside office hour.
- Certified internal auditor ISO 1400.
- Having Strong presentation skill and strong in computer.
- Fluent in Bahasa & English.
PROJECT
ENGINEER (Assignment: Papua)
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree in Engineering
- Min. 3 years previous experiences as Project Engineer
- Proven track record of performing a Project Engineers role in projects in the Mineral Sector that also encompasses a multi-cultural workforce with the use of International Subcontractors.
- Comprehensive knowledge of engineering, procurement and construction management principles and practices. Must possess an in depth knowledge of the Engineering and Design process as well as extensive experience in construction methods.
- Willing to work extended hours to meet with Project deadlines
- Required to work onsite in extreme remote areas with limited facilities
- Requires multitasking capabilities (project engineering, scheduling, budgeting, etc)
- Ability to supervise and evaluate the work of subordinates.
PROJECT PLANNER (Assignment: Papua)
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor Degree of Engineering
- Min 3 years experiences as Planner/Scheduler
- Knowledge of best practices in project control and scheduling
- Ability to design and calculate cost of a project
- Ability to establish policies and procedures
- Familiar with project management and project resources ( Labour, Material andPlant )
- Ability to evaluate program effectiveness
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to develop and maintain effective monitoring and control mechanism
- Knowledge of Primavera Project Planner ( P3 ) and associated software and demonstrated competence in producing effectively formatted schedules and reports
- Willing to work extended hours as required
LEGAR
MANAGER (Assignment: Jakarta)
- Review, analyse, monitor and recommend all legal aspects of contracts / projects with respect to legal compliancy and capital market compliancy and involve in negotiation process with third party in order to anticipate and manage company’s legal exposure.
Requirements:
- Min bachelor degree in Corporate Law and Capital Market Law
- Have min 7 years combination of law firm training and in-house experience
- Understand company’s business plan and goals, cost pressures, capitalisation issues and competitive realities
- Management experience
- Ability to manage outside Counsel
- Demonstrate leadership qualities
- Board presence
- Communication skills
- Ability to exercise independent thinking while communicating a collaborative attitude
- Ability to give common sense answers without delay
PROCESS
ENGINEER (Assignment: East Kalimantan)
- In charged with creating, implementing, and managing business processes and review, analyse and control the issues of business process, maintain and monitor Petrosea Quality Mangement System.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic/Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Have experience in QC/QA (especially handling User Requirement).
- Able to read the Drawing Part.
- Having Strong presentation skill and strong in computer.
- Fluent in Bahasa & English.
QUANTITY
SURVEYOR (Assignment: Kalimantan Tengah)
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferable in civil engineering
- Min. 3 years experiences as a quantity surveyor or related with commercial/project cost controller/cost planner
- Good knowledge of construction methods and materials
- May be required to work flexible hours to suit Project requirements
- Good communication & negotiation skill, budget handling skill
- Willing to be placed in all project
SENIOR OPERATIONS
MANAGER (Assignment: Jakarta)
Requirements:
- Min bachelor degree in Engineering
- Have min 10 (ten) years experience in Project Management positions, preferably in senior manager positions
- Good knowledge on Project Management, estimating cost control and budget
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Good communication skill
- Willing to travel to other work location or project sites as and when required
WASTE FACILITY
SUPERINTENDENT(Assignment: East Kalimantan)
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor Degree from Chemical engineering or others or relevant major from reputable university.
- Minimum 5 years experiences in same field.
- Possess high integrity and a strong commitment to achieving industry best practice.
- Possess a high energy level and strong work ethic with a commitment to continuous improvement in a dynamic environment that strives to exceed expectations.
