Prospect Motor saat ini berada dalam masa ekspansi yang ditandai dengan
dibangunnya plant pabrik yang kedua di Karawang. Untuk itu PT Honda Prospect
Motor saat ini sedang membutuhkan tambahan karyawan dan karyawati yang bersedia
di tempatkan di area Karawang. Sejak berdirinya yaitu sekitar tahun 1948
hingga sekarang kendaraan Honda telah menjadi andalan dimasyarakat khususnya
untuk sarana mobil angkutan penumpang. PT. Honda Motor saat ini telah memiliki 2 pabrik perakitan yang
berlokasi di Kawasan Industri Mitra karawang, Karawang, Jawa baratdandi Kawasan Sunter. Dari 2 pabrik tersebut perseroan membutuhkan
sekitar 7500 karyawan dari berbagai latar belakang pendidikan dengan target
produksi per tahun sekitar 200 ribu unit kendaraan dari berbagai jenis dan
tipe. PT HPM juga memproduksi beberapa spare part kendaraan seperti cylinder head,
cylinder block dan body parts yang dipasarkan ke beberapa negara dikawasan Asia

- Preparing and evaluating accounting report monthly and annually.

- Able to manage finance team
- Manage finance operations and dishbursements
- Ensure that the financial support documents are complete and auditable
- Cash flow management, banking activities, and financial matters
Requirements

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, Economics, Finance /Accountancy/ Banking from reputable university.
- Maximum age 40 years old.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related fields is required for this position.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, written and presentation skills and ability to liaise with people at all level, especially executive management.
- Good analytical skills.
- Proactive, deadline oriented and ability to produce results under a tight deadline.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Honda Serang-Banten.
- Record and input journal entries up to date for daily financial transaction.
- Create daily cash flow report.
- Handle finance and administrative duties.
- Bank reconciliation.

- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field in required for this position.

ACCOUNTING MANAGER
- Able to manage accounting team
- Responsible for the monthly accounting closing
- Responsible for timely and accurate financial reports
- Able to in charge of the yearly annual tax and audit
- Analyze financial report performance
- Manage the process of budgeting from filling allocation, execution by monitoring the budget, as well as contribute to the annual budgeting process.
